Browned Butter Vegetables with Almonds

For a new spin on vegetables this recipe is great. It's been a huge hit in my house. I've only tried it with brocolli since I always have it around and everyone loves it.

A Catering Company's Marinade

This is the best marinade ever!! I marinate the chicken overnight then grill half and throw the rest in a ziplock and freeze for a later date.

Enchiladas Suisas

This is a great recipe. I add a little salt and pepper to the cream and I use bottled salsa verde when feeling lazy. Still tastes great!
