Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
With a few small tweaks, this was excellent! I used beef stew meat (same amount). I used sauteed baby bellas instead of canned mushrooms. I didn't have any white wine, so I used cooking sherry instead. I only used 2/3 of the 16 oz. container of sour cream - and I chose light instead of regular. It was so delicious - my husband is a picky eater and he loved it. Even ate the mushrooms!

Brie Cranberry and Chicken Pizza
Made this to take to a friend's party. I baked the crusts for about 10-15 minutes before adding the toppings. I brushed them with olive oil and added garlic and rosemary before baking. Both pizzas were gone in about 10 minutes. Will definitely make this again!

Turkey a la King
I made a few modifications, as my husband is a picky eater. I substituted about 1/4 of a small onion, chopped, for the mushrooms. I also used canned peas and carrots instead of frozen peas, putting them in about 5 minutes before we ate. It was really good! I served it over biscuits. It was more pot pie than a la king, but delicious none the less!
