Red, White and Bleu Slaw
The Marzetti's is too much for my taste. Plus, the blue cheese gets lost in all the tang. Next time I cut the Marzetti's in half, and added sour cream and some good mayo for more creaminess.

Bleu Cheese Coleslaw
I had my heart set on a good blue cheese cole slaw like a nearby restaurant serves. This hit the spot - sort of. It's not as creamy as I like and I think there's too much vinegar. Tasted good the first night, but after a night in the fridge it was swimming in an inch of dressing at the bottom of the bowl.

Mulligatawny Soup II
Very good. I was a little worried about it until I added the coconut milk. Then it was near perfect. I didn't have any lentils so I added chicken and sweet potatoes.
