Unbelievable Chicken
i marinated the chicken for a few hours before broiling these with zucchini and red peppers for colorful and delicious shish kabobs. the leftover chicken would be great sliced for tomorrow's lunch sandwich.

Olive Chicken II
my husband loved this dinner. i thickened the sauce with a t of cornstarch mixed with water and served it with angel hair pasta.
