Chicken Tortilla Soup V
Great and super easy recipe. The only thing that I would add is that the chicken needs to be shredded after the 20-30 min of simmering and returned to the pot for an additional 5-10 min, to allow the flavors to soak into the chicken. Also, a can of black beans and some chopped chili peppers would add another dimension of "yum" to the soup.
