Hearty Turkey Soup with Parsley Dumplings

Turned out great. I have made it twice, once with rutabaga and once with butternut squash of course the butternut gives it a sweeter taste but still great. I also added a 1/2tsp more salt to dumplins

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two

Great recipe!! I did simmer ribs for 2 hours also. I did double the sauce. Try this though, add 2 Tbsp dark rum or spice rum, add 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce(for lumpia, egg rolls, etc. It is located in the Oriental or Pacific Islander isle in store). Try them two items in sauce. Thanks for recipe.

Rhubarb Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

I tried the white cake mix and did not care much for it so next time I made the cake with yellow cake mix. It turned out great. You will have to try it yourself and see what you think. All and all, great recipe.

Carrot Cake X

Amazing! I followed recipe except healthier choices. I used splenda for the sugar and apple sauce for the oil. I only used half cream cheese frosting from one of the other carrot cake recipes. Great Recipe!

Zesty Breakfast Burritos

Is a good recipe, but with a few things added will make you slap your mother. I used ground sausage w/ sage, add 1/2 med onion diced,1/2 med red pepper diced, while cooking sausage. Before putting meat mixture and egg on tortillas add sliced jalapeno, fresh cut cilantro and salsa. Turned out wonderfully. My wife is Colombian and she was impressed.

Fragrant Chicken Curry

Was great. I did add one carrot sliced to onions. I cut 2 potato in 1" squares and pan fried in 2-3 tbsp veggie oil adding some salt and pepper to taste. Then added right after coating chicken. My wife absolutely loved it. I will add 1 tsp more of grated fresh ginger next time.

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

It was a good hearty soup,I added mushrooms(3/4cup),crushed coriander seeds(1tsp),cayenne pepper(1tsp),1.5cup potatoe,28oz can whole tomatoe cut up (undrained). Everything thing else the same.

Fish Chowder II

Really good, I did make a few changes. I used chicken broth for water, added about 5 tbs flour to milk, added four mushrooms, 2tsp old bay seasoning,2tsp grounded black pepper, 2 stalkes celery(chopped).
