Easy OREO Truffles

This has become the staple to my cookie trays at christmas time....This year I did the Golden Oreo's dipped in white choc and sprinkle red and green jimmies ontop., they are just as delish as the choc Oreo's dipped in Chocolate

Cola Pork Chops

Very good and very simple....I took the advise of many others and split the ketchup and BBQ to 1/2 cup of each and it was perfect....also floured and pan fried the chops before baking....also perfect...thanks again

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

My mom always makes this and everyone one loves it, thought I would try my hand at it and take it to a 4th of July Party and it was gone within the hour! very easy to make, I followed the advise of others so the jello wouldnt seep down and turn the pretzels to mush and that was a huge help---thanks

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake

amazing!!!!!!!!! my springform pan broke, so i used a 9X13 and it worked just as well...i improvised and placed another 9X13 pan of just water on the other rack in my oven and it worked perfectly.....even had enough batter to make little individual cheesecakes

Overnight Caramel Pecan Rolls

This was amazing!!!!!!! I have made 2 batches in the last week. The first batch was the original recipe and it was so good I had to make a second batch but with a twist --- my better half like oranges rolls, so I made the core recipe but omit the carmel sauce and pecans....grease the pan place the rolls in and let them sit overnight, then in the morning I baked the rolls as directed and then when I took them out of the oven ---just frost---- i used a frosting of 1 1/2 Cups of powder sugar, 2 tablespoons of Orange Juice and orange zest to liking......yum!

Blueberry Buckle

by far the best dessert I have made with blueberries! I took someones advise on the reviews and rolled my blueberries in flour before I added them to the mix and it worked like a charm, they did not seek to the bottom of the cake. thanks for the great dish

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Stands true to it's name. I have tried several other recipes for muffins and this by far was the best I have ever found. The only thing I did different was I have the texas sized muffin tin so I baked them about 15 minutes more, but judge for doneness with a inserted knife and comes out clean. These were just like a muffin you get at a specialty store/bakery. Thank you for this great find

Swiss Sherry Chicken

Great dinner!!!!!!! I had some baby swiss left over from our trip to amish country and I used that in place of regular swiss and it had a wonderful flavor, the sherry was a very nice touch and the croutons i used had a great flavor with the dill - thank you for a great dish

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

wonderful receipe! I made this for a 4th of July party and by the time I left the party I had written out the receipe for 6 other people. Since this was a last minute invite to the party I didnt have time to make the homemade chips, so I stopped at the supermarket and picked up Cinnamon pita chips and they were a huge hit as well.

Skewered Grilled Potatoes

These were great with my grilled chicken, I did what someone else suggested I used a packet of dry onion soup mix and it was wonderful. Thanks for the great idea, nice change of pace for grilled potatoes.

Pretty Chicken Marinade
