Baked Salmon II
I don't eat fish so my rating is based on a super picky husband who LOVED it! The only thing I changed was I added a little bit of dill. The only negative comment my husband made was, "This was GREAT but I think next time maybe leave off the dill." I suggest preparing exactly as it says. It was cooked perfectly, and turned out pretty and flaky.
I did as another suggested and put a big piece of foil in the glass dish, THEN added the oil and other ingredients. I wrapped it up while in the dish, cooked it and the dish comes out clean. Great idea and easy clean up.
