Banana Banana Bread
PICK THIS ONE! Delicious, moist, easy! I used "all purpose flour" and added a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. I also added a small packet of sliced almonds, adding most of it to the batter, and a little to the top after pouring it into the loaf pan. I also sprinkled a small amount of brown sugar to the top as well before baking. Don't overdo this, as brown sugar has such a strong flavor - just a little bit. I didn't measure the bananas, but used 6 large ripe ones. This turned out perfectly, espcecially right out of the oven. Also good with a smear of real butter after it's cooled off.
I'm not great at baking, so I highly recommend this easy recipe. It's a no brainer!
