About this Cook
I'm 21 year old college student. I love to cook, always have, always will.
My favorite things to cook
Anything...I can cook anything except perfect rice.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We get together once a month with dishes prepared from a country we selected. We've done mexico, the carribbean, china etc. Great times especially when people try to explain their recipes!
My cooking triumphs
I made this great chocolate cake for Father's day. It took forever because i made a ganache and chilled it then put it on the cake as my crumb coat and chilled it..etc haha
My cooking tragedies
just about anytime i try to make rice without a rice cooker!

Banana Banana Bread
I was not at all impressed with this bread. Did not have much taste to it. Maybe it needed more sugar? I don't even know. Obviously a lot of others liked it. I'll have to stick to my EBNB recipe that I got off here.

Dump Cake I
I didn't have any Cherries so I used Pineapple chunks AND their juice. I also cut the butter onto the top instead of melting and pouring.Turned out wonderfully! I will be making this again..probably without the cherries too!

Cinnamon Teacake
Sorry but this did not turn out at all. It didn't even look like a cake. I will NOT attempt to make this again
