I'm 21 year old college student. I love to cook, always have, always will. Anything...I can cook anything except perfect rice. We get together once a month with dishes prepared from a country we selected. We've done mexico,the carribbean, china etc. Great times especially when people try to explain their recipes! I made this great chocolate cake for Father's day. It took forever because i made a ganache and chilled it then put it on the cake as my crumb coat and chilled it..etc haha just about anytime i try to make rice without a rice cooker!
