Easier Chicken Marsala
We all loved this recipe! It is just as good or better than my gourmet version, and so simple. I did double the wine, and added more mushrooms..wonderful for family, excellent for company. Thank you D. Alexander !!

Chicken Broth in a Slow Cooker
So very easy, and so very handy. A must have in the cold months. Also, very tasty with the long, slow simmering.

Vanilla Ice Cream
This is an excellent recipe...creamy, smooth and very quick to make. You can use a vanilla bean as well as vanilla extract. I would suggest letting it get really cold...freeze hard. Do it ahead, it is best then and holds up very well. People will think it is a cooked recipe. Yes, a keeper!
