Beef Enchiladas II
This recipe was pretty good. I used canned enchilada sauce (to save some time), and I omitted the olives. The only thing I would change would be to use corn tortillas in place of the flour ones. I personally like the taste of the corn ones better.

Easy and Fast Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad
I didn't have all of the required ingredients on hand, so I substituted a few things. Even with the (minor) changes, this recipe was great. The chicken had an excellent flavor. I saved some of the bacon to top the salad with. My husband liked it so much, he had me make it again later in the same week.

Buffalo Chicken Wings I
This recipe was really good. The wings had a good flavor, and you can get them as hot or as mild as you like. I did use more sauce than the recipe called for. I wanted to make sure the wings were thoroughly coated.
