Chicken Salad Balsamic

This was excellent - I made a few changes, I used diced celeriac instead of celery and used almonds and walnuts both, which I toasted first. I also added pomegranante seeds as a garnish. I brought it to a potluck and it was a hit!

No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

I thought this was fantastic! It was hearty and tasty and so easy to make. The only changes I made were to leave the garlic in and add sliced mushrooms. We had it over linguini and the leftovers were wonderful for lunch the next day. A keeper!

Impossible Buttermilk Pie

I loved this pie! I whipped it up in no time and it was a great way to use up buttermilk. We had it topped with fresh raspberries, which was divine. Mine had to cook for 40 minutes to set.

Ricotta Cheese Cookies

These cookies were good, and very easy. I made them a little less bland by making a simple glaze with almond extract, milk and confectioners sugar. They freeze well.
