I love to cook and have most of my life. My sister still tells the story of me making Eggs Benidict (succesfully I might add) at the age of 9 with no help from my parents! When I like a food I am determined to make it myself just as good if not better than my insparation :) Anything and everything! A lot of ethnic foods. I make corned beef and cabbage every year for friends. One year I tried to make some sort of side dish, it was so bad I don't even remember what it was called. Anyways it was horrible I wanted to throw it away but a friend still ate most of it and to this day he still says it wasn't bad...he lies :)
