Homesteader Cornbread
This one was GREAT! I used it in a Texas-theme meal. I discovered that I was out of Vegetable Oil, so used Olive oil instead and it was still yummy. WARNING: Because of the high milk content, it does not keep well at room temp. It will become very stinky, slimy and GROSS if left on counter for a week by your ungrateful visiting relatives. Eaten FRESH, its VERY YUMMY!
