Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2009
Absolutely the best. I made this twice and the best way was on my Pampered Chef large stone bar pan. The potatoes crisped nicely and had a beautiful color. Small petite potatoes are best but it did work with regular russets.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
Olive Garden, you have nothing that can compare with this recipe! So delicious! I would double the amount of spinach but otherwise this was a perfect pasta dish! I will keep making this one for many years to come. SO EASY! My husband loved it! I will make for company and double the recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
Five stars with modifications. I used 6 chicken breast halves (left whole until 4 hours into cooking time). Added one bag of mixed vegetables. I didn't put any chicken broth in (better than water) until after putting in the biscuits which definitely needs to cook for 1 1/2 hours. I cut the biscuits into four pieces and stirred them into the chicken mixture. BONUS: I used a Montreal Chicken seasoning (1/4 cup) and fresh cracked black pepper. Seasoning was perfect! My husband said this recipe is so comforting. Even in the hot summer we enjoyed this dish!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2009
The mixture filled up my stoneware loaf pan to the top so I needed a baking sheet underneath to catch the drippings. This was very moist as I did soak the bread crumbs in the milk BEFORE mixing with the ground turkey. I will make this again and again.

Exchange Gang Pasta with Shrimp

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2009
Wonderful recipe! I used sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil instead of fresh. I did place the tomatoes in paper towels to absorb some of the oil to keep the dish from being to oily. I used a 6 oz bag of baby spinch too. My husband said he felt this was restaurant quality!

Grilled Shrimp Scampi

You can't go wrong with this recipe. I love garlic and lemon with my shrimp. I recently got the brand new Pampered Chef BBQ Grill Basket and used it for this recipe. Works great! You can find the basket at www.pamperedchef.biz/DanielleFL

Double-Delight Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2008
A peanut butter cookie with a creamy filling. YUM! I made a double batch. They go quickly! Tip: Keep the filling mixture under 1 inch so you have enough for all the cookies.

Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
I wanted to give 5 stars but my mixture was too watery. Other than that it was delicious. My fiance is from the Chesapeake Bay area in Virginia and he said this was equal to, if not better than, what he remembers from that area. To solve the liquid issue I will make sure the crabmeat is completed drained and I will use 1/2 cup of egg substitute. Thank you for your recipe and for helping my fiance have a wonderful Valentine's Day.

Spicy Bean Salsa

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2007
Do make this 3 days in advance. This is so delicious after taking the time to let it marinate together! I am salivating just thinking about those flavors! I used a balsamic vinegarette and it was wonderful. MAKE THIS SALSA!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs III

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
This is by far the best meatball recipe and it deserves 10 stars! I made this for a group of men and one guy must have ate 25 meatballs! We ended up calling him "Meatball Man". This is a keeper!

BBQ Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
I made this recipe without the gin for a church group of men. I think they died and went to heaven when they ate these wings. The other thing I did different was that I baked them in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Yum! This is a keeper!

Butternut Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
This was fantastic! My fiance said this was very similar to what he ate at Boston Market. Apparently they have a butternut squash casserole too and he has never had anything close to it until now. Thanks, Carolyn! This is a keeper!

Eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
I am not from NC (born in PA) so this kind of BBQ sauce is not what I am used to. My fiance grew up in VA and his mom's family is from NC so I thought I would try it for him. Well, he like it and I didn't so I met in the middle with 3 stars.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
I must admit I didn't follow this recipe exactly. I used a can of french onion soup instead of beef broth. I also used a few drops of liquid smoke instead of coffee. That was what I had on hand. It was still good.

Caramel Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
I made this tonight using Pain Au Levain (Country French bread) and doubled the recipe except I did not double the water/brown sugar mixture and the regular sugar. Other reviewers said it was too sweet so I made that adjustment. I also added a little extra cinnamon because I like the flavor. I used a glass 13x9 pan and baked for an hour. I will always make this bread pudding in a 13x9. It came out perfect!

Zucchini with Farfalle

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2007
I wanted to give 4.5 stars on this one. Yes, it is a bit on the bland side but that is easily remedied with the addition of salt in whatever form you prefer. My dinner guests couldn't stop eating this dish. I used a large electric skillet to pull all this together since it makes a lot. I used yellow squash in addition to the zucchini. Fresh parmesan cheese is the key to this dish. Fabulous!

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2007
This recipe is great! The only thing I did different was the addition of some cinnamon to each pancake before I flipped it over. These pancakes stayed hot longer than plain pancakes probably because of the bananas so that was a real plus! Definitely will make again.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2007
I have to give this 5 stars because this recipe was so easy. I used 2 whole eggs because I was lazy, I admit it, and didn't separate the white from the yolk. I am sure the recipe would have been fine with only the egg whites. Moist banana bread is oh so good!
