Southwestern Turkey Soup
Great recipe. A welcome change from cream and gravy based leftover recipes. We like spicy so I used jalapenos in place of the canned chilis. Will definitely make this again.

Quinoa and Black Beans
My husband loved this. Will make it again often. Also works well with brown rice in place of quinoa.

Chicken Salad Balsamic
Excellent recipe! A great way to use left over chicken. I topped with fresh cracked black pepper and red pepper flakes. Definitely a winner.
