Hot German Potato Salad III
THE BEST recipe for German Potato Salad I have had yet, but will up the sauce next time. Needed just a little bit more.

Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole
Delicious! Next time I will try it with brocolli like others suggested! Otherwise, followed the recipe exactly and we loved it (even the picky husband!)

Eggplant Parmesan I
Good, but think it had a little too much cheese. I will bread the eggplant next time as well.
