This was very good, much like you would get at a Thai Resturant....I had to add some red pepper flakes, because it wasn't quite spicy for us.

This is really easy to throw together, I made as written except sub hominy for the corn.

This is so yummy, and very easy to make. The kitchen smells wonderful.

I liked this recipe, but am only giving it three stars because had to add seasoning. Going on other reviews that stated it's blandness, I decided to add a rub of 1 T. chili powder, 1 t. cumin, 1/2 t. of turmric...made into thick paste with lime juice and a wee bit of olive oil....rubbed on chicken about 6 hours before baking. Used Bud with lime, thought that might boost up the lime flavor, sadly can't say it did, and gave the bird a good hosing with lime juice and put the halves in the cavity. The flavors from the rub were great, but even with the Bud Lime beer, I couldn't taste the lime. The breast meat was so tender and juicy...yum. Next time I am going to do it the same, except maybe try adding some lime zest to the rub...see if that helps infusing the lime flavor.

This is a keeper, I added some red pepper flakes and subbed one of the can of beans for hominy. We loved it.

The pork chops came out so tender and juicy, however something was missing out of the veggie part...next time, I am going to up the spices.

This was good and very easy to make, will make again.

Neither my husband or myself, are found of cooked carrots...however we give this dish 5 stars. It was great! I didn't have baby carrots, so crinkle cut fresh carrots...worked great, just took less time to cook, which was fine by me :)..Thanks for sharing this recipe!..Pam

This bean recipe was a perfect sidedish, with the main course. Made it ask directed, wouldn't change a thing.

I was worried during the stock making process, when I tasted the stock, it just tasted like beef bouillon. I was tempted to try and doctor up the stock, but decided to wait, and give the veggies the alotted time to do their "mojo". Glad I did, because it ended up great. Really the only thing I did different, than the recipe was add a few dry Japanese Peppers. I also put thinly sliced green onions, in the bowl, instead of chives. My husband and I loved it.

Loved it! Served along side Jalapeno-Lime Marinated Chicken (also from this site, which is also wonderful. And also with some chips as an appetizer, before the salad...thanks for post this recipe..Pam

Wonderful!! I grilled it on an indoor grill, and it turned out perfect. I plan on using the same marinate on shrimp and salmon...but they will be great, too. Thanks for posting this recipe...Pam
