Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
If I could give this 4.5 stars, I would. I made it exactly as the recipe stated the first time. While mixing the ingredients, I wondered about the lack of salt, but thought maybe the pudding mix would compensate for that (it didn't). They were good, but not perfect. The second time around, I halved the recipe and added 1/2 tsp salt. MUCH better! Brings out the flavors nicely. Lovely texture too. These are now my go-to cookies.

Fabulous Pesto Pasta Salad
Made this for a baby shower last weekend and it was to die for. Substituted sun dried tomatoes for the roma and added chopped rotisserie chicken to make it a main dish. Absolutely fantastic. I cannot wait to make this again. The best pasta salad I have ever had.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I
I've been making this recipe for a couple years now and it always turns out perfect. I use a rose bundt pan which is approx. 9" across. I fill it to about 1 inch from the top and pour the rest in a loaf pan. With the smaller pan, cooking time is closer to an hour. Absolutely fantastic by itself but I think it would be too sweet with any type of icing. Stick with a dusting of powdered sugar or berries/cream. Yummy!
