Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
I don't like a super-smooth fudge. This was not, although I'm sure it had more to do with my cooking than the recipe iteself. I would suggest doubling the peanut butter if you want a nice PB flavor in the fudge. The amount called for is not enough. A good recipe though, thanks!

Alfredo Sauce
The amount of cheese called for is WAY too much. I used half & half instead of cream, as I had it on hand. I had to add more than double the amount of cream as all of the cheese made it too thick. Other than that, this was great with lots of fresh parsley and garlic.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
These are the best pancakes. I have made them both with and without sifting the flour. They turn out much fluffier if you sift the flour first, but are delicious either way! When I make these my 5 year old daughter always says "Mom, you make the best pancakes."
