Four Cheese Macaroni
Awesome! I even tried making this using all "low-fat" ingredients. I used only 3 tablespoons of butter, all 2% shredded cheeses, low-fat processed cheese food, and egg substitute. It was still fantastic and the boys never new I was trying to cut some of the fat!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Great recipe! I use it every time I have some old bananas. Sometimes I substitute the sour cream with banana yogurt. I'll add chocolate chips, peanut butter and even crushed banana nut Cherrios! It always turns out great!

Chicken Enchilada Dip
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! First thing gone on the table at Christmas, everyone loved it! I had to make it two more times that same week. I made a few variations using things I had on hand. I cooked the chicken in the crockpot with cayenne pepper, black pepper, oregano, garlic and chicken broth. Shredded the chicken and instead of the jalapeno I just used half pepperjack cheese and half sharp cheddar. I tried it with both regular and fat free cream cheese, regualr and fat free mayo, couldnt tell the difference (husband never said a word during dip inhalation) the chiles and the mayo give it a tang that you crave!
