Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
Very tasty! I did not have cardamom so just left that out. I had closer to 3 cups of zucchini so I added an extra cup of flour but left everything else the same. I'll be making these again!

Chocolate Crackled Cookies
I followed the recipe as written except I didn't refrigerate the dough. It was soft but workable with a delicate touch. Very good cookies!
