Marinated Grilled Shrimp
I didn't change a thing and it turned out amazing. So good - really is the best shrimp we've ever made!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
My one complaint about this was just that it was really sweet - not sure what to do to remedy that...maybe it's just me. But it's a good recipe, and really easy.

Bean Soup With Kale
This was REALLY good! I had never had kale before, and wasn't sure what to do with it when I received it in my produce co-op box. This was the perfect way to use it up. I was surprised at how sweet-tasting the soup was. I'll definitely be making this again.
