Cabbage Roll Casserole
overall this was a very easy recipe. I would have to agree with some reviews that it is very bland. I added some garlic and italian seasoning but it was still missing something. maybe next time I will try spaghetti sauce inplace of the tomato sauce.

Quinoa Pilaf
this was okay. It came out a little sticky. And it is slightly sweeter than expected. If I make it again I will use broth instead of water. It got no complaints from the kids.
