Creamy Orange Fudge

Very good! I used about 5 cups of confectioner sugar and it still turned out great! Almost like an orange creamsicle.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Very easy and good recipe. One batch was enough for a double batch of cupcakes. It is very sweet so I went light while frosting the cupcakes. Kids and hubby LOVED it!

Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Very easy and good...... I folded in some cooked white rice to make rice pudding. It took maybe 10 minutes to make.

Creamy Potato Casserole

This is a quick and easy meal. I added a cut up precooked pieces of ham and it was a great meal for my 14 month old as well as my husband! Will be making this quick and easy dish again soon!
