Italian Pork Tenderloin
I made this for a dinner party and it was a huge hit, not that diffucult to make and just burting with flavor, one I will repeat I am sure many times.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp
This was not only really easy but yummy! The only thing that I added was garlic. Totally delicious easy meal.

Curried Coconut Chicken
I added a little more heat than called for and I added a couple bay leaves, served it over jasmine rice, huge hit! Re-heats the next day for yummy aeromatic leftovers leaving my co-workers wish I had rought some for everyone. This one is easy, exotic and delicious.
