Buffalo Chicken Dip
Took this to a potluck and it was a huge hit. Will defintely be making again. After reading reviews I also made a few changes. Instead of canned chicken I bought a rotisserie chicken. I used 1 cup of Frank's hot sauce and fat free blue cheese dressing. Also used reduced fat cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Sprinkled the top with blue cheese crumbles.

Cheese Fondue
This was just excellent. My daughter, who normally does not like anything to "cheesey" could not get enough of it. I had no problems with the cheese lumping. I also added the flour to the cheese first. As others did, I rubbed garlic in the pot and cooked it on the stove and then transferred to the fondue pot. I did not add salt or nutmeg. This is the cheese fondue recipe our family will use from now on!

Excellent and Healthy Cornbread
Ok, this is not your typical cornbread - but it is a heck of a lot better for you. My whole family loved it.
