Sukiyaki Beef
My family and I really enjoyed this meal. I was out of celery so I had to skip that ingredient and next time I fix it I will use a low sodium beef broth, I found it was a bit salty for my taste.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
This was a big hit with my family. Even my 2-year old ate it! The only change I made was to squeeze lemon juice on the fillet before spreading the Dijon and I also made my own breadcrumb mixture.
