Burrito Pie
YUMMY!
I only use 1 lb of ground meat....both beef and turkey work well with this recipe. I spread the beans on the torillas instead of mixing them in with the meat mixture. I split the batch: I buy the throw-away deep dish pie pans, it makes two heaping pies. Then I cook 1 and freeze 1. My husband is proud to pull it out of the freezer and "cook" dinner for the family. Very Very yummy!. Each pie easily feeds a family of 4; add a side salad and waaa-la. YUMMY
