Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
I'm so glad there was a way to make a Turkey Breast in a Slow Cooker. I put a cup of chicken broth in a pan sprayed slow cooker and added an 8 lb. fresh turkey breast with skin and bone intact. After 5 hrs. I removed and discarded the skin and carcas and I pulled it like I would do pulled pork, got rid of the juices in the crock and put the pulled turkey back in along with my homemade bbq sauce, cooked it 2 more hours on low and WOW - so tender, flavorful and what a Hit!!
