I love this recipe. I've never had great luck with sugar cookies, and these are fool-proof! I don't understand the reviewers who complained about the dough, because even though I live at a very high altitude, and usually have to add flower to everything, I followed this recipe exactly, and the dough was a dream to work with! I made cookie pops out of them, and they worked perfectly.

Perfect. I didn't change a thing. We used this for dipping sauce with chicken fried chicken from this site. Wonderful dinner.

This is a wonderful, easy mexican dish! I like to try recipes "as written" when I make them for the first time, unfortunately I didn't have any tomatoes for topping, so I had to use the only thing I had - diced tomatoes with green chiles. I added this to the meat mixture instead of pouring on the top. This was the only change I made. My family loved this recipe and it will become one of our regulars.
