This recipe is very easy and delicious! I followed the advice and first browned the short ribs in the oven for 1/2 hr. at 475, then added 2 cloves of fresh garlic, and a 15 oz. can of Rotel tomatoes to the sauce, then put it all in the crock pot for 4 hrs. on hi. Meat was very tender and flavorful!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Best Caesar salad recipe I've found. I cut the anchovy fillets to 4, let the dressing sit a few hours in the refrig and added some grated Parmesan cheese to finished product. I have made at least a dozen times and love it topped with grilled chicken!

Salmon Spread I

Excellent, easy to prepare and a crowd pleaser! I used Old Bay for the seafood seasoning (a must in your spice cabinet on the Delmarva peninsula)! I used whipped cream cheese and I let it sit for a few hours before serving like the other readers suggested.
