Zucchini Nut Bars
I altered this recipe based on what I did and didn't have. I added 1 1/2 cup dates, no nuts, no powdered sugar, and whole wheat flour instead of white. I squeezed the water out of the zucchini as mentioned in the other comments. This is a very tasty way to get rid of zucchin, and I will make it again. It is very moist, which did not bother me.

Cola Burgers
If taste were the number one thing you rated this recipe on it would be a 5, but after reading the reviews and making the needed adjustments it was difficult to get it to cook without falling apart. I have frozen the extra raw burgers and will attempt to bake those burgers to see if I can keep them together since it seems to be the flipping that causes it to fall apart. I might attempt it again and put flour in it as one review suggested or maybe even bread crumbs. I made this again with frozen burgers and had no problem with it falling apart.

Date Nut Bread
I have made this twice. The first time I did not put foil on it and it burned slightly. This time I put foil on it for the last 15 mins of cooking. I took MAS suggestions of cinnamon, pecans, and vanilla. I also put it in 4 mini loaf pans. I am always trying to cut down calories so I put 6 small splenda packs in with the dates and cut the sugar to 2/3 cup. It really is delicious and baked perfectly.
