Corn Bread Loaf
Yup! I agree. Quick, easy and delicious! Love that it only made a small amount. I used a mini loaf tray which has 8 mini loaves in it. The recipe filled 6 of them. I thought I would free a couple. Hubby usually doesn't like corn bread, but he like this one. Thanks!

Carroty Rice
great recipe. very easy. I already had some shredded carrot so this was a great way to use some of it up. I had some premade chicken stock to use up too, i just added 100ml to make it equal 2 cups. i used 3/4 cup white ricee and 1/4 cup wild rice. It was delicious! Hubby was impressed too. Thanks for the great recipe. I'll use it next time I have guest for tea, too.

California Sherry Chicken
This recipe is a keeper! Easy and quick. The sauce is very tasty. I cut the recipe to feed 2, and it still made enough sauce. Sometimes when you cut a recipe there isn't enough sauce. I didn't cook the chicken in oil, I used Crisco Shortening instead. Will be making this again.
