OMG this was the BEST. I made this for work and everyone couldn't keep their hands off of it. I think the only change I did was a bit more seasoning in the beef when cooking it, but overall it was very yummy. This is a great appetizer!!

I am cooking this right now and it smells wonderful!! I don't know how authentic it is, but the sauce tastes great!! I didn't have all the seasonings so I added curry and sofrito for the cilantro and it tastes good!!!

Creamy Caramel Flan

Although the trick to a good flan is the pan. If you come across something called a Caulero or small cauldrin it does the trick!! You can melt down the sugar in the pan and then put the mixture for the flan directly into the pan. Then put it in another pan with water almost like a double broiler. IT's MUCH cleaner and comes out perfect! Plus if you do 4 eggs with 4oz cream cheese with the cans of milk it's a much better balance. Try it you'll see!!

Grits Casserole

I made this for church and I had people asking me what it was because it was so good. Multiple people mentioned that they didn't eat grits, but they loved the casserole. Thanks for the recipe.

Kentucky Biscuits

this recipe was awesome. I tried the trick with the vinegar to milk (carnation milk) instead of Buttermilk and I doubled the butter as someone else suggested. Very good!! I live in NC and we have Biscuitville and my husband said they were the next best thing!!

No Bake Cookies I

So good!! The sugar was just right. I added some semi-sweet chocolate chips while I was boiling. Plus I added the oats while the pot was still on the stove. It cooked the oats a bit. My husband loved them!!

Potato Filling

This is a pretty good base recipe. I added the eggs, a can of cream of chicken soup, 1/3 cup milk and my own seasonings: accent, italian seasoning, chives. Plus I used pepperage farm cube stuffing to add instead of bread. It's really good this way.

Banana Muffins II

This is a great recipe!!! I made it into a cake because I didn't have a muffin pan and they were excellent. I did use spenda instead of sugar and 1/3 cup milk to make it moist. I made these for church and EVERYONE loved it.

This was GREAT!!!!! My husband said he liked it even more than the resturant version. I will use this over and over. I do like ginger so i added a little extra.

Baked Sesame Chicken

This was pretty good overall!!! We are low carb people so I subtituted the flour for soy flour. This added nice flavor, plus we sprinkled splenda on the chicken and that helped to give it a REALLY nice taste.
