Crunchy Ice Cream Dessert
Made this for company and everyone loved it!! Followed the advice and doubled the crunchiness....definitely glad I did! I switched out the peanuts for almonds and toasted them along with the coconut. It turned out fabulous!

Crunchy Chocolate Chippers
Made these for a family event and everyone loved them! The only modifications were I used Smart Start cereal and 1/4 cup less oil. They are fabulous if you like a crunchier cookie!

Crunchy No-Fry Chicken
The only cereal I had on hand that resembled corn flakes was Smart Start....they were a little sweeter but my family loved them! Even my picky chicken-nugget eaters gobbled them up!
