Banana Bread I

Had 4 bananas so I omitted the butter and even the sugar too. I added 1/4 cup of brown sugar and some walnuts. It was the best banana bread I ever made.

This cake is awesome!! The best I have ever made from scratch!! It is so very light. Usually the cakes I have tried from scratch are heavy. I didnt change a thing.. Will be a go to recipe for me.

Easy Salsa Meatloaf

I felt like this was the best meatloaf I ever made! It came out so tender. Great for leftover salsa. I mixed ketchup brown sugar and dried mustard for the topping, just used to it that way. It came out really good!

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

This is excellent! It goes very well with a strawberry layered cake. I used it on my husbands birthday cake. He loved it. I would make sure you like the almond flavor as it is not for everybody beacuse it takes over in a very good way though. I had a little extra and added grand marnier to see how it would taste. It was great.

Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine II

Corned Beef Omelet

This is really good and very filling. I added the corned beef with the onion and then the eggs and a sprinkle of adobo. The cheese and mild is optional, I only put cheese on half because of lactose intolerance in the family.It came out great.

Creamy Cheesecake

**This was fantastic! I cut the amount of sugar to 1/2cup which was perfect. I added a tiny bit of almond extract and the 2tsps of vanilla. This is a wonderful simple and versatile cheesecake; you can drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce or even fruit.

Yogurt Cake

I used 12oz of peach yogurt and only 1 stick of margarine. I also only used 1 cup of sugar and it was definitely still sweet enough. I used vanilla extract. The flavor was great but the cake was a bit heavy with a light flavor.
