Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine II

There were nothing but compliments about this crust. I tried it because I was out of olive oil. It was a great pick. It is tender all the way through.

Corned Beef Omelet

This is really good and very filling. I added the corned beef with the onion and then the eggs and a sprinkle of adobo. The cheese and mild is optional, I only put cheese on half because of lactose intolerance in the family.It came out great.

Creamy Cheesecake

**This was fantastic! I cut the amount of sugar to 1/2cup which was perfect. I added a tiny bit of almond extract and the 2tsps of vanilla. This is a wonderful simple and versatile cheesecake; you can drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce or even fruit.

Yogurt Cake

I used 12oz of peach yogurt and only 1 stick of margarine. I also only used 1 cup of sugar and it was definitely still sweet enough. I used vanilla extract. The flavor was great but the cake was a bit heavy with a light flavor.

Summer Squash Pizza Crust

I really liked this recipe. I did not have 3/4 cup of parmesan so I substituted with 1/2 cup bread flour. I used cheddar cheese instead. I also used parchment paper which made flipping so simple. It is different and not quite like pizza dough but very good. Would definitely make this again. It can be eaten alone or with toppings. I spread a little guacamole on it and it tasted good. **I am making this recipe for the 2nd time and followed directions exactly. I would definitely use parchment if ever making it again. It was kinda messy without it. Olive is good on it.

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes

This recipe is so great I have been sharing it with everyone. The zucchini is so plentiful right now and it is a good way to use it up. We have been eating these a few times a week and using various dips. I like to add fresh garlic to the recipe and more spices. It seems as though I change the recipe around every time I make it. I sauté in EV olive oil every time instead of frying in oil. They always come out wonderful with or without flour. One time I didn’t even have the eggs and they were still good. I would recommend over and over.

Decorator Frosting

Tastes wonderful. I used this to write Happy Birthday on cake and to decorate edges. Instead of vanilla extract I used strawberry because it went with the cake. No complaints...

Ganache II

This was actually quite good. It has a richer and bittersweet flavor. It needs something to counter the bitter for some taste buds. We liked it though. I made a buttercream frosting to border the ganache which worked out perfectly.

This cake is excellent! The more days that go by the more it tastes like a pound cake. It also freezes well. Perfectly moist, reminded me of a wedding cake flavor.

Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

These are truly delicious. They came out even better than I expected. I had a yellow butter cake mix. I didn't add any nuts because I was unsure if who I was making them for had an allergy or not. I would definately make these again.
