Simply Swordfish
I thought this was great! I didn't really measure the spices or the lemon juice. I squeezed fresh lemon over both sides of a 1lb swordfish steak - about half a lemon. Then I sprinkled both sides of the fish with lemon pepper and dill weed until it was evenly covered. I thought the flavor was just right. I used my George Foreman grill too - came out great!

Broiled Scallops
I thought these were great! I followed some others' suggestions and added old bay seasoning - but kept everything else as is. This is an easy, quick and healthy recipe - I'll definitely make again :-)

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
This was excellent and VERY juicy. I think next time I may make a rub with rosemary, lemon pepper, tarragon, basil and thyme and rub that on the outside of the bird - it definately got more flavorful towards the center.
