Spinach and Potato Frittata
This was a foolproof frittata recipe. I had 25 cooking labs of high school students make this for a breakfast buffet. Only one of the labs screwed this up which is pretty darn impressive. The potatoes were a little too much so we cut it down to 3 other than that we kept the recipe as is. The kids and faculty loved it. Thanks for this easy and reliable recipe!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
I'm giving these 4 stars because they were really good but not excellent. I thought they were a little cakey for my taste. Perhaps there is a bit too much flour in them. Next time I will cut it back and see what happens.

Holiday Peppermint Bark
This recipe could not be any easier w/ the end product looking like something that took much longer to prepare. I also added peppermint oil based on previous reviews. I used nestle and ghirardelli morsels and did not have a problem w/ dryness or spreadability because of the microwave. Perhaps people are using too high a temperature to melt the chocolate. I reduced the power to medium and the chocolate was perfect. Thanks for this family-friendly, easy and delicious recipe.
