Citrus Mint Cooler
This is a very refreshing drink. It is also very good with a little vodka.

Goulash Supreme
My husband and I really like this recipe. I like that is only uses one pan and it tastes good. I always use diced tomatoes instead of stewed. I also like the versatility of the recipe. I'll sometimes substitute chicken for beef and use a can of rotel, add some black beans and cheddar cheese and have a tex-mex dish. Or, use sausage, penne pasta, and Italian seasoning for an Italian dish.

Jo's Rosemary Bread
This bread is glorious. I used the dough setting on my bread machine, and it made a lovely round loaf of fragrant bread. I omitted the black pepper and never missed it. I will be making this frequently.
