Linguine with Portobello Mushrooms
This was not good. There was no sauce at all. It really just tasted like plain pasta with some cut up mushroom on top.

Mexican Bean Salad
I made this and liked it but if I was going to make it again, I'd follow some of the recommendations to halve the dressing. It was a bit too much.

Pesto Polenta Lasagna
I added spinach to this which I'd read about in several different reviews. I thought it was very good. The only complaint that I had was that it didn't seem to make eight servings. Maybe four to six.
