I'm a mom to 3 little guys, ages 6, 5, and 4. I'm busy with church and other activities, and I LOVE to share a good recipe! I LOVE to bake especially, but I also love quick meals that my boys and husband will love. I also LOVE trying new things, and Mexican food is one of my faves. I have lots of great memories of cooking with my mom, and having family dinners at my Grandmother's house. I hope to continue the tradition with my family... I love it when any yeast recipe turns out, I'm still learning those. I also LOVE making theme food for my kids' birthday parties. This summer I shaped a cheese ball like Shrek's head and covered it in parsley flakes for my son's Shrek birthday party... that was fun! I've had a few... I'm still trying to perfect fudge.
