Caramel Popcorn
Great recipe. Use pecans instead of peanuts. Keep stirring the syrup and don't overcook it or it will be grainy. Let it cool and it will harden up.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
This is really good. It's better with pecans, though, because the peanuts tend to fall to the bottom. Don't overcook the syrup or it will be grainy. And keep stirring it while it cooks.
