Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties
This is soooo good and easy!! I bought only one lb of the cheaper ground turkey (so I wouldn't waste as much money if I didn't like it) and halved the recipe. Wish I had bought more. Fried up all the patties (I made eight) for reheating later. Yummy!! Will try this with chili as some reviewers suggested.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This soup is SO good and SO simple! I don't measure the potatoes, just peel them until I get a cramp in my hand, probably more than 3.5 Cs. This soup is so good you will want to make it last longer! Would still be delicious even without the ham.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
I was this for a Cinco De Mayo party at work. It was a BIG hit with everyone asking for the recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe states (except I only had American? vanilla flavoring). Almost skipped buying the honey but am glad I didn't. It gave it that extra little umph! Very Good!
