Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
We did not like this at all. I adjusted the ingredients for only 2 pieces of salmon, but the salmon got very dry, and the taste was not very good. Did not go over well here....couldn't even finish it.

Salmon with Dill
This was very good, especially for someone who is not a huge salmon fan. I am trying to find recipes that will help me enjoy salmon, as I know it is good for you. This one is definitely a keeper! A perfect amount of seasoning so that it isn't too fishy.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
This wasn't that great for me. I don't do bacon, so I omitted that. I guess that must be the big flavor maker, because for me this was very bland, and the chicken was a little on the dry side.
