Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Oh my....I've eaten alot of fish, alot of different ways and this was WONDERFUL. Followed the recipe to the letter and was not disappointed. I think the "sauce" would be good on just about any fish and if you left out the lemon juice would be a great topping for french bread.
