I am not sure when it happened, but I love to cook. I have always been creative and once out of college and on my own I began to create in the kitchen. The whole meal. I love to entertain and to plan a menu from drinks, appetizers to dessert. Well, anything Italian of course and after a recent trip to Spain...my new interest is trying to duplicate some fabulous foods I had there. Christmas 2004. I hosted my family and cooked a prime rib and it turned out fabulously! None yet.
