Veggie Pizza
We make this for EVERY party we go to and it is ALWAYS a huge hit. If I don't have the ranch dressing mix, I just use 2 garlic cloves and mix it with the cream cheese. My kids beg for this!

Stuffed Shells III
Very easy! We chopped up a bag of fresh spinach and added it to the cheese mixture. We also added some Oregano and fresh garlic. There were no leftovers. This will be a keeper!

Cream of Tomato Soup with Pesto
The whole family went crazy over this and it was so easy to make. Goes great with grilled cheese sandwiches!
