Cinnamon Rolls III
These were just plain fabulous. First time attempting cinnamon rolls, and they were so easy! I made mine up the day before and put them in the fridge before the 2nd rise, then just set them on the counter to let them warm up before baking. I used the whole pudding packet like others did. I also made a gooey bottom layer of dark corn syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon, then placed the rolls on top of that to bake. With only 2 of us eating these, the recipe made way too much so next time I will make a half batch-but I will definitely make them again, thanks for the recipe!

Easy Focaccia
Amazing, fabulous, delicious! Dough was very sticky, but well worth the hassle. I folded in half of the rosemary after the first rising and added some fresh basil that I had on hand. I left the pan of water in the oven, I thought it may add to the chewy-softness of it. I will definitely be making this again and again.

Lime Sandwich Sugar Cookies
I really enjoyed these cookies. They were indeed very tasty. I have made them as lime cokoies, but also made a lemon icing, and used lemon/lime peel in the dough for an extra kick. When my husband was deployed to the desert, I sent him these, they traveled great! It took about two weeks to reach him, but they maintained their chewy softness. And the men LOVED them. Thanks for the recipe.
