Bacon Wrapped Smokies
A coworker introduced our office staff to these little gems - they are great. She cut hotdogs in half and wraps the bacon around them and cooks them in the crockpot at work. Her method is to alternate layers of the wrapped hotdogs and brown sugar and cook them on high in the crockpot. She starts them around 8:00 am and they are done by noon. It's a long, tormenting morning when you are smelling these little babies cooking and waiting for lunch. We are all very thankful that she brings them to every office potluck.

Pennsylvania Coal Region Barbecue
Our family and guests love this recipe. I did add extra vinegar to make it more sour and onion powder to make it just right for our palates. It does freeze well also.

Blueberry Scones
I followed the suggestions of adding extra sugar and flour and there was still no way to "handle" the dough, let alone "overhandle" the dough. Sorry, keep looking for another recipe, this one isn't worth it.
